General conditions of sale (Viyan Pishro Publication)

Article 1: Scope of application

These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites of the Viyan Pishro Publications network. Is considered as "client" any natural or legal person making with Viyan Pishro Publications an order validated via our secure payment platform, or by check or cash.

Article 1a: Age limit

Age restrictions apply. Viyan Pishro Publications only accepts clients over 16 years old (for physical and electronic products) and over 18 years old (for services: coaching, workshops, seminars). We do our best to restrict access to our sites, products, and services to minors. Even if the content of our products and services is not of a shocking nature, we prefer to target a mature audience capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of the work we offer. Any subscriber to the newsletter who does not meet these criteria (age over 16) will be immediately deleted from our database as soon as this is brought to our attention. Likewise, any customer who does not meet these criteria will be immediately reimbursed and a return of the product(s) concerned will be required.

Article 2: Order

Any order placed on a site belonging to Viyan Pishro Publications implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Article 3: Price

The prices are indicated in US dollars (USD) or euros, as displayed on the website, excluding shipping and processing of your order. The price of items can be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be that announced at the time of the order.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due immediately on the date of the order, including for pre-order products. You can pay by credit card. Cards issued by banks domiciled outside Canada must be international bank cards (Mastercard or Visa). We do not accept American Express. Secure online payment by credit card is made through the company Stripe. The information transmitted is encrypted by software in the rules of the art and cannot be read during transport over the network. Any guarantee as to the security of this system is entirely the responsibility of the company Stripe and cannot be attributed to us.

Article 5: Delivery

Delivery is made to the address you specified when placing your order (therefore, pay particular attention to the spelling of the address you enter and especially the postal code). The risks will be your responsibility from the date on which the ordered products have left our premises. However, in the event of a lost package, we will do everything necessary so that you still receive your product or that you are reimbursed according to your warranty.

All digital products offered by Viyan Pishro Publications, including but not limited to video courses, e-books, audio files, worksheets, and downloadable guides, are delivered instantly upon successful payment confirmation. Access to your purchased products will be provided through your account dashboard on our website, where you can stream or download your content at any time. Additionally, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details and direct access links. Please ensure that the email address you provide during checkout is accurate and accessible, as this is the primary method through which we deliver your access instructions. We recommend adding our email address to your contacts to prevent delivery emails from being filtered into your spam folder. As digital products are delivered electronically, no physical shipping address is required. It is your responsibility to download and save your purchased content promptly, as we cannot be held responsible for loss of access due to technical issues on your end, including but not limited to loss of login credentials, accidental deletion, or failure to maintain a backup of downloaded files. In the event that you do not receive your access email within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue promptly. For video courses hosted on our platform, you will have lifetime access to the content as long as your account remains active and our platform continues to operate. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any course or digital product at our discretion, though we will provide reasonable notice and alternative access where possible.

Article 6: Protection of personal data

In accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to access and rectify personal data concerning you. By adhering to these general conditions of sale, you acknowledge having read our personal data protection policy and consent to our collection and use of this data in accordance with Canadian privacy laws. By entering your email address on one of our network sites, you will receive emails containing information and/or promotional offers concerning products published by Viyan Pishro Publications or by other partners. You can unsubscribe at any time. You just have to click on the link at the end of our emails. This link is preceded by the words "To unsubscribe or change subscriber options visit:". Our newsletter respects all applicable Canadian privacy regulations, including PIPEDA and any provincial privacy laws that may apply.

Article 10: Refund and Return Policy

Due to the digital nature of most of our products, refunds are not offered once a course or digital product has been accessed or downloaded. For physical products, you have the right to return items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. For services such as coaching or workshops, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

Article 11: User Conduct

By using our website and services, you agree to use them solely for lawful and respectful purposes. You shall not engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or compromises the security of our website or interferes with other users' experience. We reserve the right to terminate access to any user who violates these terms.

All clauses appearing in these general conditions of sale, as well as all purchase and sale operations referred to herein, will be subject to Canadian law. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
